How we use cookies

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Mobile Terms of Service: CDK9 Raw
Last updated: August 27, 2024

The CDK9 Raw mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by CDK9 Raw (“we”, or “us”). By subscribing to our Service, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may change or cancel the Service, or any of its features, without notice. Where permitted by applicable law, we may also revise these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes are effective constitutes your acceptance.

Consent to SMS/Text Messaging

By subscribing to CDK9 Raw’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from and on behalf of CDK9 Raw at the mobile number you provided, even if your number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialling system or similar technology. These messages may include updates, alerts, account information, order notifications, and promotional content (e.g., discounts, reminders).

Your consent to this service is not a condition of any purchase. Signing up is entirely voluntary.

Fees and Message Frequency

We do not charge for this Service, but message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. You are responsible for all charges related to text messaging. Message frequency may vary. Contact your wireless provider for more details.

Opting Out and Support

You can opt out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to CDK9 Raw or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation. No further messages will be sent unless you initiate them. If you are subscribed to other CDK9 Raw SMS programs, you’ll need to opt out of each separately.

For support, text HELP to CDK9 Raw or email team@cdk9raw.com.au.

Service Changes and Liability

We may change any short code or phone number used for the Service and will notify you if we do. You acknowledge that messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to an outdated number may not be received, and we are not responsible for such requests.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number and to re-subscribe if you change numbers.

To the extent permitted by law, CDK9 Raw will not be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected information sent through the Service, any errors, or actions taken in reliance on the Service.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your personal information.
